C ask me before he leave the company, "Do you think I should leave the company?"
I told him, "As a friend, I would like you to leave. This company has nothing left for you! It doesn't know how to take care of you! As a colleague, I would like you to stay... I cannot afford to spend time to train another guy!"
C made his choice and left the company.
