1. Mentoring Program

EXCO will be the mentors.
Explain Benefits using own testimony.
What one need to do: Impromptu, Speeches, and Roles
Reach DCP

2. Speechcraft
Involve as evaluators only, not participant. Learn more this way?

3. Club Visits
To promote Club and get experience.
Return 'favor' to other clubs.
